No. The monthly bucket resets at the start of each billing cycle. We size the buckets so most teams never hit the cap.
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and prorate; downgrades apply at the next renewal so you don't lose paid days.
We pause new scans at the cap and email you at 80% and 90%. From there: top up (50 scans for $5, 200 for $15, 500 for $30), upgrade, or wait for the monthly reset. Each tier also carries a daily LLM-spend ceiling (Starter $5, Pro $15, Agency $50) that resets at midnight UTC.
Uploads live in private Supabase Storage scoped to your account. AES-256 encryption at rest. Agency tier retains 1 year; Enterprise gets configurable retention + zero-retention mode.
