Data Deletion
Delete your Verdiqt data.
You can remove every piece of data Verdiqt holds about you, including anything we have synced from connected platforms like Meta Ads Manager. Pick whichever path is easiest.
1. Delete from inside the app
Sign in, open Settings, scroll to Danger zone, and click Delete account. This wipes your scans, sessions, API tokens, and any connected-platform credentials in one operation.
2. Disconnect Meta only
If you only want to remove the Meta connection (not your whole account), open Settings → Integrations and click Disconnectnext to Meta Ads Manager. The encrypted access token and any cached account / campaign / page IDs are deleted immediately, and the token is revoked on Meta’s side via the Graph API.
3. Remove the app from Meta
Open Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites → Active. Find Verdiqt, click Remove, and confirm. Meta automatically notifies us via our data-deletion callback; we wipe your connection within 24 hours and email you a confirmation.
4. Email request
If you can’t sign in or you want a written confirmation, email kofi@traqd.io with the subject line “Data deletion request” and the email address you registered with. We process every request within 7 business days and return a written confirmation when the deletion completes.
What gets deleted
- Every scan you ran (creative, verdict, reasoning, policy citations).
- Uploaded images and videos in our private storage.
- Connected-platform credentials (Meta access token, page IDs, ad-account references) and any audit rows for submissions you sent through us.
- Account profile, billing identifiers, and CLI tokens.
- Support-chat threads attributed to your account.
Aggregate, anonymized usage statistics that can no longer be tied to your identity may be retained for product analytics. Tax and billing records required by law are kept for the statutory retention period.
